About the role
Provide safe, high-quality, and person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Supervise and support care assistants, acting as a mentor and role model
Administer medication safely and accurately (with relevant qualification)
Ensure compliance with all care legislation, including CQC Fundamental Standards
Promote dignity, independence, and personal choice for all residents
A positive, caring individual who wants to make a difference every dayAbout you
NVQ Level 3/ NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) or willing to achieve
Minimum of two years' experience working with older adults and individuals living with dementia
Previous supervisory experience (essential)
Prior Senior Care Assistant experience (desirable)
Strong knowledge of care legislation and best practiceWhat we offer
