Responsibilities of Pastry Chef

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, traybakes, scones, pastries, and desserts daily
Ensure all products are presented to a high standard
Manage stock levels, ordering, and ingredient rotation
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
Work closely with the café team to meet customer demand, especially during busy periods
About you

Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
Passion for baking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced front facing environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
A creative approach to menu development
Good time management and organisational skills
