How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Strategic Marketing Project Lead

    FTC 9-12 months | Part-time (3 days per week) | North Wales - Salary £45k

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Leader to lead a major digital and marketing transformation project. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic vision with hands‑on delivery, excellent stakeholder engagement, and confident leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead the website redevelopment, including structure, content, and user experience.
    Oversee CRM integration and ensure seamless alignment with marketing activity.
    Develop and implement social media strategy, branding, and team training.
    Establish and manage analytics, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
    Coordinate internal contributions (content, data, approvals) to meet project deadlines.
    Lead, manage, and drive all project activity end-to-end.
    Manage timelines, budgets, KPIs, and internal/external stakeholders.
    Translate consultancy recommendations into clear, actionable implementation.
    Strengthen marketing team capability and embed sustainable processes.
    Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and stakeholders.
    Foster a culture of storytelling, content creation, and strong marketing engagement.
    Line manage a small marketing team.Skills & Experience Required

    Proven digital marketing leadership experience.
    Demonstrable success delivering complex marketing or transformation projects.
    Strong strategic, analytical, and organisational skills.
    Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.
    Confident managing external partners, agencies, and budgets.
    Broad digital and traditional marketing knowledge across multiple channels.
    Experience setting, tracking, and delivering against KPIs.
    Experience in the education sector (desirable).
    Experience with digital transformation, website redevelopment, or re-platforming.
    Strong experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
