About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our care team. In this role, you will assist with daily care needs, conduct supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning while coaching and supporting junior staff. Your focus will be on providing high-quality care that promotes resident dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Previous senior care experience
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Empathetic and caring nature
