Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Do:

- Develop and manage Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) to ensure robust manufacturing processes.

- Create and maintain process flows, virtual builds, and technical instructions to optimise production efficiency.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to design for manufacturability and assembly, incorporating poka-yoke principles.

- Oversee timing and routing in SAP while reporting on key operational performance indicators (KPIs).

- Lead 5S planning for manufacturing areas and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams.

What You Will Bring:

- A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience with CAD and ERP/MRP systems, ideally SAP.

- Proven expertise in a manufacturing or production engineering role, with a strong focus on Lean and Six Sigma principles.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
