About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Reprographics Officer to join our busy secondary school in Tower Hamlets. This is a key support role, ensuring that high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the school's reprographics service
Produce high-volume photocopying, printing, binding, and finishing work to a high standard
Prioritise and schedule requests to meet deadlines, especially during peak periods
Maintain and monitor reprographics equipment, reporting faults and liaising with external suppliers
Ensure adequate stock levels of paper, toner, and other supplies
Support staff with basic guidance on printing and document preparation
Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive materialsAbout You
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and print management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, flexible approach and strong communication skills
