We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Operators to work within our client’s engineering facility in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that truly values its people where you will be part of a close-knit team where you are more than just a number.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality components.
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining.
* Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
* Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct inspections of finished products using basic maths skills to verify dimensions and tolerances.
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and make necessary adjustments.
Experience
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and fabrication processes.
* Programming experience is preferred
* Familiar with Fanuc - 3 and / or 4 axis machine
