Location: Bedford
Salary: £28,457.52
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating 4 On & 4 Off, 6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am
Our Bedford-based client is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient movement of goods in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods.
Moving stock safely around the warehouse and storage areas.
Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
Performing daily checks and maintenance of the forklift.
Adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring a clean working environment.
Requirements:
Valid forklift licence from nationally accredited trainer.
Proven experience as a forklift driver.
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work rotating day and night
Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
Forklift licence is a necessity for this role.
