The Business
Westray Recruitment Group is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in the North East. Our client specialises in high-quality, bespoke bedroom furniture and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their installation team.
The Role
Installation of bespoke sliding wardrobes, hinged wardrobes, and bedroom furniture
Working from detailed plans to deliver a high-quality finish
Travelling to customer homes using a company vehicle
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace on-site
Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
Supporting the wider team with fabrication duties when required
The Person
Good practical skills with strong attention to detail
Experience using hand and power tools is desirable but not essential
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
