The successful candidate for this position will have experience in property litigation matters, gained during training or post-qualification. Exposure to housing management work is advantageous, as the role involves a particular focus on disputes arising from the occupation, use, and management of residential property.
This firm is widely recognised for its strength in property litigation and is a trusted advisor to a broad range of housing providers across both the private and public sectors.
The work coming into the team is interesting and varied and will include things such as:-
* Adverse possession claims
* Restrictive covenants
* Dilapidations and property condition disputes
* Nuisance and trespass claims,
* Neighbour and occupier disputes
* Service charge disputes
