We are representing a well-established metal manufacturing company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality metal products. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Receiving, checking, and storing incoming metal goods and materials

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided if required)
*
Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
*
Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting discrepancies
*
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times
*
Adhering to health and safety regulations, particularly when handling heavy or sharp materials
Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
*
Ability to handle heavy lifting and manual work
*
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*
Good communication and teamwork abilities
*
Basic IT skills for stock management systems
*
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
