Project Manager

We are working with a long standing client who are an established and highly regarded regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Oxfordshire office due to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Oxfordshire region currently delivers an annual turnover of £40m–£60m, with a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors. The team benefits from long-standing client relationships, high levels of repeat business, and a secure forward order book across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

🏗️ The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

👷‍♂️ Key Responsibilities

* Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover

* Leading site teams including Site Managers and Engineers

* Managing programme, cost, and quality delivery

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships

* Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners

* Ensuring health & safety compliance across projects

* Reporting to Contracts Manager / Regional Director

✅ Requirements

* Proven experience working for a main contractor

* Experience delivering projects valued £3m – £20m

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent programme and commercial awareness

* Client-facing experience

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
