We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team at Enlighten Supply Pool. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of teaching and learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during lessons in the absence of their regular teacher.
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their work.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
* Provide feedback to teachers and the senior leadership team about student engagement and behaviour.
* Assist with administrative duties such as setting up materials and ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment.
* Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and support students with their learning.
* Act as a positive role model for students and maintain high standards of conduct at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, though not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* A flexible and proactive approach to work.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* A good understanding of educational practices and student needs.
