Level 3 in EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the Bethnal Green area. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive Early Years setting, assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured learning activities tailored to young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the EYFS class teacher with daily classroom activities
Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy development
Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
Supporting children’s learning through play-based activities
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Must have a Level 3 EYFS certificate (Please do not apply if you have your Level 3 EYFS) 
Experience working within an EYFS or Primary setting
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A nurturing, patient and proactive approach
Excellent communication skills
