The Role:
* As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions by identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates.
Job Duties:
* Proactively source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates.
* Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.
* Work closely with clients to fully understand their hiring needs.
* Manage vacancies effectively, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
* Coordinate and progress candidate applications from initial contact through to placement.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal systems.
* Provide efficient administrative support to the wider recruitment team.
Requirements:
* We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
* A confident, people-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A strong desire to succeed and progress.
