Branch Manager | Power the Team. Drive the Business

Looking for your next leadership role in the Motor Factor? We are looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our Birmingham branch – overseeing operations, driving sales, empowering a high-performance team & leading The Power to Supply.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead daily branch operations

* Drive sales and grow customer relationships

* Manage stock and performance

* Develop and motivate your team

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in branch management within the motor industry

* Strong sales and customer service focus

* Knowledge of automotive parts

* Confident leadership and IT skills

Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
