In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and organising the day-to-day duties for a busy workshop. The company offer great training so candidates from any PSV, HGV or REME backgrounds with Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

The role:

*Managing day-to-day duties of a busy PSV workshop
*Ensuring that the Engineering team works safely and complies with health and safety rules at all times whilst striving to exceed DVSA requirements and industry standards
* Ensuring PVR (peak vehicle requirement) is met each day by engaging and leading the team

The Candidate:

* Background in PSV, HGV, REME service & repair works
* Previous experience within Leadership or Supervisory role
* Looking to work with an industry leader who promote ongoing training & development for their dedicated employees
