The Role
Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and development
Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
Support children with additional needs where required
Uphold safeguarding and child protection responsibilities at all times
What You'll Need
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development
Relevant childcare or education qualifications are beneficial but not essential
