Estimator

Our client, a rapidly expanding family owned Contractor who specialise in M&E and Air Conditioning works on Rail, LU and Airports are seeking the services of an Estimator to work from their head office in Rayleigh.
The role requires Bills of Quantities and Measurement works on various TFL schemes and works they have at Heathrow Airport and putting the Costs together for the Senior Management Team.
To be considered you will either have up to 5 years experience in Estimating or come from a QS background and will have undertaken Estimating duties in your role. You will ideally have M&E experience however this is not essential.
Excellent day rate on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with an immediate start and ongoing contract.
