Junior Management Accountant

Pure are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation with operations across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and exciting future plans, the business is investing in its finance function and is now seeking a Junior Management Accountant to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who has completed AAT Level 3, gained early exposure to management accounting, and is looking to build their career within a structured and supportive environment.

The Role
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, gaining hands-on experience across month-end processes and management reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious who is keen to progress professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
Posting journals, including accruals and prepayments
Producing cost centre and departmental reports
Supporting month-end close and reporting deadlines
Carrying out variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reporting
Maintaining accurate accounting records and balance sheet reconciliationsRequirements

AAT Level 3 completed
1–3 years’ experience within a finance or accounts role
Exposure to month-end processes
Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and lookups
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
