Due to internal restructure our fantastic manufacturing client in Rotherham are looking for an interim Team Leader/Shift Manager to join their team.
The role is an immediate start and they are looking for someone who
* Has manufacturing experience
* Can manage and lead a team of up to 30 people
* Guide and supervise as well as practising great health and safety awareness
* Can manage to process as well as thinking of ideas to upskill the team and shop floor
* An innovative thinker that can get the job done!
* Will work a rotating shift pattern (Days, Afternoons and Nights)
