Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real impact in the classroom? Gold Education is currently recruiting LSAs to support fantastic schools in Colchester and the surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, providing vital support to help them thrive both academically and personally. We have a range of roles available, including day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions.
Your role will include:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN
* Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
* A patient, nurturing, and positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting students’ development
* Flexibility and reliability
