Your Role as a EUSR Groundworker:
* Carry out concrete benching within manholes and chambers
* Perform benching works on waste pipes, ensuring correct flow and finish
* Prepare and pour concrete to required levels and specifications
* Shape and finish benching to ensure proper drainage and compliance
* Assist with installation of drainage systems and associated groundwork
* Operate hand tools and small plant safely
* Work from site drawings and specifications when required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report hazards or near misses
What We’re Looking For as a EUSR Groundworker:
* Valid CSCS Card
* EUSR Categories 1 & 2
* SHEA Water
* Thames Water Passport
* Proven experience in groundworks on construction or utilities sites
* Good understanding of site safety and groundwork processes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
