£12.71 per hour We are recruitng dedicated and reliable Machine/Production Operatives to become valued members of our client’s small, friendly team in Luton. This important role is integral to the success of the business, with comprehensive training provided across all departments to support your growth and development
As a machine operator, you must possess a keen eye for detail and precision. Additionally, a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination is a must.
The Role:
Handle small electronic components across all departments during the production process
Standing and sitting for different departments
Adhere to customer requirements to meet deadlines and quality standards
Report any potential quality issues promptly to department supervisors
Be multi-skilled by working within various production departments as neededWho We’re Looking For:
Experience handling electronic components is advantageous but not essential
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed work
Good understanding of written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and reliability
Commitment to training and long term career within the business
