MCG Recruitment is working with a valued client to recruit a passionate Chef Manager for a welcoming care and nursing home in Chelmsford.
Hours: 40 per week (including weekends on a rota)

👨🍳 Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team
Plan creative, nutritious menus within budget
Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen operations
Ensure full compliance with food safety and H&S standards
Deliver a consistently high standard of food and service 🌟 About You
Experienced Chef Manager (or similar leadership role)
Level 2 Catering qualification (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
