Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Lymington, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis
This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
Working for a large maintenance contractor
Clearence work of void properties
External repairs
Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depotsRequirements:
Hold a valid driving license
Comptent to drive a flat bed van
You must have full PPE
40 hours a week
