The Project
Development of a luxury new build Care Home
The Role
To work in the position of Assistant Site Manager overseeing various works and reporting to the Senior Site manager.
Key Requirements:
* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
* You must be able to manage snagging / defects, monitor trades and labour on site, complete reports and report back to the Senior Site Manager
* SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID
About You
* You will have gained 2+ years’ experience working for a developer or main contractor as an Assistant Site Manager
