We are looking for an experienced and qualified Gas Safe Plumber to join our dynamic Property Maintenance team in Surrey. The Role

As a Gas Safe Plumber, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing systems across a range of properties. From heating systems and drainage to water supply and sanitation, your role will ensure systems are functioning efficiently and safely. This role requires hands-on experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a flexible approach to support on-call and seasonal shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, maintain, and repair water supply, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.

· Service piped systems including drainage and closed-loop heating circuits.

· Test systems for efficiency and safety compliance.

· Maintain accurate inventory of plumbing materials and equipment.

· Support other maintenance staff when needed.

· Adhere to all company health and safety standards, including COSHH and building regulations.

· Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties as required.

· Carry out additional duties within the scope of the role as directed by management.

What We're Looking For

· City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (Essential)

· Unvented hot water systems ticket (Essential)

· Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and installations (Essential)

· Good understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements

· Familiarity with current building regulations

· Full, clean UK driving licence

· Own hand tools

· Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail

· A professional, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic
