Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Electrical Design Engineer Role Overview
We are recruiting an Electrical Design Engineer to join our drawing office. In this role, you will develop and enhance new and existing circuit solutions in line with company requirements and customer demands. If you are a motivated Electrical Design Engineer with experience in the electrical design of control panels, we would love to hear from you.
Electrical Design Engineer Key Responsibilities
* Develop and enhance new and existing circuit solutions
* Produce electrical layouts and schematics using AutoCAD Electrical
* Create Bill of Materials (BOMs)
* Prepare specifications and test requirement documentation
* Test, develop, and debug designs
* Review design developments for conformance with applicable standards
* Support electrical panel production
* Attend and contribute to design reviews
Electrical Design Engineer Requirements
* Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience in electrical engineering calculations for sizing cables and electrical equipment
* Proven experience designing electrical control panels
* Ability to work efficiently as part of a busy team
* Working knowledge of simple PLC systems and programming software is desirable but not essential
