About you - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire
Must hold an undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2)
Has a true passion to get into teaching and make a difference to young children's education
Encourages independence, resilience, and a positive attitude to learning
Observes and records pupil progress to inform planning and interventions
Works collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals
Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting pupil wellbeing
