Due to continued growth & a very full order book, they are now looking to add a Machine Shop Operative to their passionate, high performing team in Brackley.

In this role you will be operating manual and digital saws & setting up and running CNC machines for production, whilst ensuring a high quality and high productivity of work.

The role:

Set up and running of CNC machines for prototypes & production
Operate other machine shop equipment (saws, drills etc.) as required.
Maintaining a high level of quality
Maintaining accurate records of production activities
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
The person:

Previous experience within a Machine Shop or CNC Setter / Operator role
Passionate, motivated & quality driven
