I'm recruiting for a game‑changing senior operations role in the UK! 🚀

I'm currently partnering with a rapidly scaling health‑tech organisation that's building the operational backbone behind one of the fastest‑growing direct‑to‑patient healthcare models in the market. Their mission is bold, their growth is exceptional, and they're now looking for a UK General Manager to lead a next‑generation fulfilment and pharmacy operation.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑performance site and scale it from 4,000 to 35,000+ orders per day - designing the systems, processes, culture, and physical flow needed to make that possible.

🔍 What this role involves:
* Leading and developing a large on‑site operations team
* Designing and optimising end‑to‑end workflows (receiving → dispensing → checking → packing → dispatch)
* Ensuring cold‑chain integrity and high‑value inventory security
* Driving throughput, reducing error rates, and improving SLAs
* Building automation‑ready processes and evaluating practical tooling
* Owning day‑to‑day performance across a fast‑moving, patient‑critical environment
* Creating a scalable operational model that can support multiple future sites

💡 Who this would suit:
Someone who has scaled a fulfilment or distribution centre to 10k+ daily orders, thrives in complex live operations, and brings strong leadership in people management, process engineering, and UK parcel‑carrier logistics (DPD, Royal Mail, etc.). A startup mindset - structured, decisive, and comfortable with rapid change - is essential.
