Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our client’s established and growing team in Chesterfield. This role is ideal for a professional with strong commercial property experience and excellent client‑facing skills.
Role Overview
The Commercial Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring efficient management, compliance, and high‑quality service delivery to tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct valuations, rent reviews, lease negotiations, and property inspections
*
Maintain accurate property records and documentation
*
Promote commercial property management services to clients
*
Provide excellent customer service and manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks
*
Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
*
Prepare detailed reports and support business decision‑making
*
Offer strategic advice and market insights
*
Work closely with legal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience in commercial property management or commercial surveying
*
Strong understanding of property law, regulations, and market trends
*
Proficient in property management software (Veco preferred) and Microsoft Office
*
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
*
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
*
Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (RICS preferred or willingness to progress)
*
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
