    * Vegetation clearance and cutting back undergrowth

    * Hand excavations and lifting ironwork

    * General labouring duties such as:

    * Reinstatement of tarmac, grass, and landscaped areas

    * Assisting with mobilisation of equipment to sites (including restricted access locations)

    * Supporting light monitoring activities and sample collection

    * Maintaining clean and organised work/storage areas

    What We’re Looking For:

    * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round

    * Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

    * Strong practical skills with a team-oriented approach

    * Good communication skills

    * Ability to work independently when required

    * Full, clean UK driving licence (LGV entitlement is advantageous)

    * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports

    Experience:
    Previous fieldwork or tarmacing experience is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided.

    Additional Requirements:

    * Willingness to travel across the North and stay away when required

    Benefits (following successful probation):

    * Company pension contribution

    * Permanent health insurance

    * Life assurance

    * Long-term stability within a well-established, family-run business

    * Recognition as an Investors in People Platinum organisation
