    Job description

    Horizon Care have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Team Manager to join our fantastic team in Derby.

    Experience in similar role is desirable, experience working with children is essential.

    Must hold a full UK driving license.

    About the role:

    As an Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager in leading the team to support our young people in supported accommodation.

    You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations.

    You will be supporting the team manager to ensure full compliance on health and safety monitoring, implement and manage safeguarding practices, attend multi professional meetings, placement disruption meetings, young person reviews, hold a small caseload of people with complex needs, monitoring and auditing, creating rotas, writing support plans.

    Shifts will include evenings, weekends and sleep ins.
