🔧 What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Develop and manage your own portfolio of schools
Build long-term relationships with headteachers, business managers, SENCOs & MAT leaders
Source, interview, and place high-quality education professionals
Deliver outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients
Work towards weekly and termly targets with the support of a collaborative team
Manage the full recruitment cycle from lead generation to placement
