Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution site in Rugby. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working consistent day shifts, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
* Using handheld scanners and WMS systems to process stock
* Preparing goods for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
* No qualifications required however previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (Minimum 6 months)
* Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desired
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and reliability
