Are you an Ocean Export professional who is tired of being restricted to just one part of the shipping process? We are looking for a start-to-finish Coordinator to join our Bradford team.
In this role, you aren't just a number—you are the lead architect of every shipment, managing the entire lifecycle from the initial booking through to the vessel’s arrival at the destination port.
The Day-to-Day:

End-to-End Exports: Manage the full flow of LCL and FCL movements to global markets.

Booking & Strategy: Secure vessel space, negotiate spot rates with shipping lines, and coordinate UK haulage to the quay.

Documentation Mastery: Draft and verify Bills of Lading (Master & House), Certificates of Origin, and complex Letters of Credit.

Customs Precision: Execute accurate NES/Export declarations to ensure seamless loading and avoid "short-ships."

Client Advisory: Act as the dedicated expert for your accounts—quoting, container tracking, and providing proactive logistics solutions.

Financial Control: Own the P&L for your files, ensuring precise cost accruals and timely sales invoicing.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years within a Sea Freight Forwarding export environment.

Technical Sharpness: A deep understanding of Incoterms, container specifications, and global shipping schedules.
