    Case Manager

    We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our dynamic Case Handling team in a Dental Case Manager role.     Role Responsibility

    * Deliver timely, high-quality case handling in line with policies, SLAs, and KPIs.

    * Use sound judgement to advise members and escalate complex issues where necessary.

    * Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring members feel supported at every step.

    * Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in internal initiatives and projects.

    * Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.

    The Ideal Candidate

    What you’ll bring:

    * Proven ability to manage a varied workload independently and meet deadlines.

    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

    * Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset.

    * High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

    * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

    * Good computer literacy and confidence using case management or CRM systems.

    * Knowledge of dental terminology or experience in healthcare/legal settings (desirable but not essential).
