SMT Operator
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Our client is a leading electronics manufacturer in the UK and looking for a SMT Operator to join their team
SMT Operator Requirements:
Operating and maintaining the solder paste machine
Operating and maintaining the SMT line (including programming and component loading)
Operating and maintaining the Reflow Oven
Operating the AoI machine (including programming and report handling)
Carry out manual PCBA inspection
Ensuring product serialisation
Maintaining department equipment to ensure fit for use
Adherence to relevant IPC standards
SMT Operator Responsibilities:
Provide reports and feedback to Technical Manager
Work within DSLs Quality Management systems
Offer improvements to current systems and working practices to ensure continual improvement
Work to a high standard
