How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

đź’° Salary: Up to ÂŁ100,000 depending on experience

I’m excited to be hiring for a Solution Architect (Business Central) to join a growing Microsoft-focused team within a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Central professional who wants to shape solution design standards, influence best practice, and play a pivotal role in complex, high-value projects.

    🔍 About the Role
You’ll act as a senior technical authority across Business Central SaaS solutions - working closely with development, delivery, and ISV teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, upgrade-safe architectures.
This role focuses on technical leadership, architectural governance, and solution assurance, rather than hands-on coding or people management.

    ✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Providing architectural oversight for Business Central SaaS solutions across customer projects
Partnering with the Development Lead to define and embed development standards and governance
Contributing to ISV and AppSource solution design
Acting as an escalation point for complex technical decisions
Supporting DevOps maturity, including CI/CD, testing approaches, and release management
Engaging with customers to validate designs and articulate technical decisions with confidence
Supporting pre-sales with feasibility assessments and solution positioning
Promoting telemetry, monitoring, and performance diagnostics best practice
    👀 What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS (and previous NAV versions)
Deep understanding of AL development, extensions, eventing, APIs, and Microsoft best practices
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control in a BC environment
Practical exposure to AppSource solution readiness
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to influence standards and best practice without direct line management responsibility
    âś… Why This Role?

    Fully remote within the UK
    Industry-leading Microsoft project exposure
Strong technical influence without people-management responsibility
Opportunity to develop real AppSource capability and contribute to ISV strategy
    Salary up to £100,000 DOE
