Production Operative (Nights)

We at Industrial Temporaries are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to work nights and join the team in a fast-paced food production environment.

This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, can meet deadlines, and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing and weighing to exact specifications

* Handling and moving stock, including heavy lifting

* Stock rotation and maintaining accurate inventory levels

* Vacuum packing products to a high standard

* Managing and organising chilled storage areas

* Carrying out daily stocktakes

* Decanting boxed poultry into crates for nightly production

* Working in sub-zero temperatures for short periods

We’re Looking For:

* Strong work ethic and reliable

* Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment

* Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting

* Good attention to detail and accuracy

* Able to work independently and as part of a small team

* Able to work in a cold enviroment.

Hours:

* Monday to Friday 8:00pm to 4:00am

Hourly Pay:

* The hourly pay will be £14.00 per hour, gaurenteened 37.5 hours pay a week.

This is a full-time role for the right candidate, and we are looking to find someone who can integrate well with the team and grow within the business.
