Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support key business metrics
Enhance and optimise existing reporting solutions to improve usability and performance
Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and communicate findings clearly
Support the development of data products and contribute to improving data quality and consistency
Produce clear documentation to support reporting and development processes
Collaborate with wider data and technology teams to deliver effective data solutions
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, insight, and overall data capabilityAbout You:
Experience in a data, reporting, or analytics-focused role
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
Experience with BI tools, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
Comfortable working with data sets and transforming data into meaningful insights
Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
