If you’re looking for meaningful work, flexibility, and the chance to make a genuine impact, this role offers all three.

    The Company

You’ll be delivering on behalf of a well-established national training provider with a strong reputation for learner-focused, high-quality employability programmes. They are known for supporting their tutors, valuing industry expertise, and delivering courses that align closely with employer needs.

    Flexible freelance/self-employed engagement

    *

    Control over your delivery schedule

    *

    Well-designed programmes with ready-to-use resources

    *

    Supportive delivery and quality teams

    *

A strong focus on learner progression and employment outcomes

    The Role

As a Freelance Employability Tutor (Warehousing & Logistics), you’ll deliver engaging, practical training to adult learners across the East Midlands as part of funded employability programmes.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    *

Delivering training in warehouse operations, health & safety, manual handling, stock control, and employability skills

    *

Supporting learners towards Level 1 and Level 2 Warehouse & Storage qualifications

    *

Mentoring and motivating jobseekers, building confidence and work-readiness

    *

Assessing learner work and maintaining accurate documentation in line with funding and awarding body requirements

    Ideal Candidate

You’ll bring hands-on industry experience and a passion for supporting adults into work.

    You’ll ideally have:

    *

Experience delivering warehouse, logistics, or employability training to adult learners

    *

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and health & safety practices

    *

A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (AET / PTLLS, DET / DTLLS, TAQA or equivalent)

    *

A confident, engaging delivery style with strong learner support skills

    *

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

    Desirable (but not essential):

    *

Experience delivering AEB or DWP-funded programmes

    *

A background in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain roles
