We're recruiting an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager to for an initial 2 month contract for a project in East London.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day structural steel installation
Supervise site teams & subcontractors
Ensure compliance with CDM, LOLER, PUWER and RAMS
Oversee lifting plans, QA checks, permits & site records
Manage steel deliveries, storage, and inspections
Ensure works meet BS EN 1090 and CE/UKCA standards
Requirements
SMSTS + CSCS Black/Gold Card
5+ years' structural steel site management experience
Strong knowledge of steel erection, lifting ops & QA
Ability to read fabrication/erection drawings
Full UK Right to Work + Driving Licence
Desirable: Appointed Person, NVQ Level 6, First Aid, Temporary Works.

Salary description
£280.00 - £300.00 per day
