    Job description

Falcon Green is excited to be working with one of Europe’s top contractors, offering an excellent opportunity for a QA/QC Engineer to join a flagship, mission-critical Data Centre project in Europe.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer who thrives on ensuring quality and compliance across technically complex projects and wants to strengthen their experience on a high-profile international build. You’ll join a well-structured and supportive project team, working for a contractor known for exceptional delivery standards, long-term career prospects, and progression opportunities across Europe.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, professional environment where quality is paramount, and your expertise will play a key role in ensuring project success. The position offers a competitive employment package under local labour regulations, including salary, living allowance, accommodation, flights, and a performance-based bonus.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    * Implementing and managing QA/QC procedures and documentation from project initiation through to final handover.

    * Conducting inspections and audits to ensure all mechanical works meet project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

    * Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.

    * Reviewing method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and technical submittals for compliance.

    * Monitoring installation works to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.

    * Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and close-out processes.

    * Supporting commissioning and handover processes, ensuring all QA documentation, O&M manuals, and quality records are complete and accurate.

    * Attending site quality meetings, audits, and handover reviews.

    What They’re Looking For:

    * A relevant mechanical, engineering, or construction-related qualification.

    * Proven experience in a QA/QC role on complex or mission-critical projects (Data Centre experience is highly desirable).

    * Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, documentation, and industry standards.

    * Experience with inspections, audits, and quality reporting systems.

    * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard QA/QC systems.

    * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

    * Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

    * Willingness to travel and work internationally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work within the rapidly growing Data Centre sector while gaining valuable international experience on a high-profile project. If you’re ready to take the next step in your QA/QC career, please send your CV to the email address below
