    The Role

    As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, handling calls confidently, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service.

    You’ll manage quotations, process orders and invoices, and build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to upsell and add value where appropriate.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and confidence

    * Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and deliver excellent service

    * Preparing accurate quotations and proactively following up to maximise conversion

    * Processing customer orders and invoices efficiently using internal systems

    * Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate

    * Maintaining accurate customer and order records within CRM and IT systems

    * Supporting the Regional Key Account Manager with administrative and sales activity

    * Liaising with internal teams regarding stock, availability, and order fulfilment

    * Escalating complex queries where necessary

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential

    * Confident and professional telephone manner

    * Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport quickly

    * Good IT skills and experience using CRM or order processing systems

    * High attention to detail when preparing quotations and processing orders/invoices

    * Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks

    * Positive, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment

    Desirable

    * Experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service roles

    * Experience handling quotations, invoicing, or order processing

    * Commercial awareness and confidence in identifying sales opportunities

    * Ability to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate
