How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are looking for a talented RF Design Engineer to take ownership of the full hardware design lifecycle from concept and simulation to lab validation and final product delivery.

    This role goes beyond circuit design. You will play a key part in pushing the limits of RF performance, including sensitivity, dynamic range, and frequency coverage, contributing to the development of high-performance, market-leading hardware platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    ● Innovate & Design: Spearhead the design of next-generation RF front-ends, frequency
    converters, and wideband receivers that outperform the competition.
    ● Model & Simulate: Use industry-leading tools (ADS, CST, or similar) to bring theoretical
    designs to life, ensuring optimal signal integrity and performance.
    ● Bring Hardware to Life: Transition designs from the screen to the bench. You'll lead
    the bring-up, debugging, and characterization of high-complexity RF PCBs.
    ● Collaborate for Excellence: Work alongside a brilliant cross-functional team of
    Software, FPGA, and Systems Engineers to integrate your RF designs into seamless,
    market-leading solutions.
    ● Field Impact: Validate your work in the real world, analyzing performance in complex
    environments to ensure our customers have the best possible data.

    ● An RF Enthusiast: You have a solid foundation in RF/Microwave engineering and a
    genuine curiosity about how things work "under the hood."
    ● A Practical Problem Solver: You love the challenge of the lab-tuning circuits, chasing
    noise floors, and finding elegant solutions to complex hardware hurdles.

    ● Design-Led: You have experience with PCB design, component selection, and a
    methodical approach to wideband architecture.
    ● Technically Grounded: You hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a
    related discipline and have a proven track record in RF hardware development.
