As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll play a key role in leading your room and supporting high standards of Childcare:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
Lead, support and supervise your team on a daily basis
Identify opportunities to enhance learning environments and teaching approaches
Ensure inclusive practices to meet individual needs within your room
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
Carry out team appraisals and contribute to staff development
Work closely with management and other room leaders to ensure smooth nursery operationsWhat we're looking for:
To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader in Blandford Forum, you'll need:
A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years
Previous experience in an Early Years Educator or similar role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
