How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Production Planner Administrator

    Location: Washington

    Salary: Negotiable

    Hours: 38hours: Mon – Thurs: 08:15am – 5:00pm – Fri 08:00am – 1:00pm

    Type: Temporary ongoing (long term)

    Imperial Recruitment Group are working with a key client who are looking to recruit a Production Planner Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis (long term)

    Purpose:

    To support the Production Planning team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate scheduling, timely updates to production plans, and effective communication with the production floor

    Assist the Production Planner by maintaining planning data in the ERP and planning tools, updating work orders, supporting re‑planning activities, and ensuring production teams have the information needed to meet schedules.

    Duties:

    * Update and maintain production‑planning data in the ERP and planning tools.

    * Create, release, and maintain work orders.

    * Support re‑planning activities when priorities or schedules change.

    * Monitor overdue work orders and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.

    * Communicate plan changes clearly to production supervisors and stakeholders.

    * Perform data quality reviews and tidy‑ups to keep planning information accurate and reliable.

    * Provide general administrative support to the Production Planning function.

    Requirements:

    * Experience in an administrative role (desirable) or equivalent transferable experience.

    * Understanding of basic production‑planning processes (advantageous).

    * High attention to detail and accuracy when entering, updating, and reconciling data.

    * Proficient with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel/Sheets) and ERP systems.

    * Able to manage routine, high‑volume tasks with consistency and accuracy.

    * Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize daily workload and meet deadlines.

    * Clear and professional communicator with internal stakeholders and (where applicable) external customers.

    * Able to stay calm and focused when priorities shift.
